What do you like best? It's user friendly, collaborative, intuitive. So far, it has been a great all around project management tool for us. Great way to manage projects with internal/external team members. Simple & easy to use for everyone.

What do you like best? Our teams have varying levels of project management experience and "techyness" so Smartsheet is not too daunting for the novices and useful for the experts. What do you like best? Where Smartsheet excels is it's simplicity - it's basically a spreadsheet in the cloud that you can set up teams for. Unfortunately for Smartsheet there are a lot of other options that are very similar to it out there. What do you like best? Smartsheet is great at quickly creating timelines and editing. What do you dislike? I wish that it would adjust the year accordingly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is a great visual way to create timelines and refining them before submitting for client review.

Smartsheet is a Savior for our Project Management Team

What do you like best? I love that you can assign tasks with due dates, almost works like Google Sheets. Everyone can view the sheet at once, make live edits or just view mode. Useful tool

What do you like best? I like the ability to create on-line polling and have the answers go directly into my smartsheet. What do you dislike? I don't find it easy to get a good grasp of the variety of uses for this product, aka the full scope of what it can provide for me as a resource. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It streamlined our RSVP process for events. I also use it for a checklist for our event projects.
