Smartsheet is a great too to use when more than one person needs to update informaiton

What do you like best? It's intuitive, helps keep me organized, collaborative. Ease of uploading files What do you dislike? What do you like best? Smartsheets it great for keeping an ideal timeline for multiple projects. It allows you to see keep an eye into the future of your project and how things are going to pan out. Dates also coincide with one another so if a previous timeline deadline changes it will automatically adjust the others. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoy communicating with partners about project updates and management. What do you dislike? I would encourage that with this program that there should be a chat board added to see quick messages, rather than adding notes. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy way to collaborate online and set up Gantt charts

What do you like best? I've recently started using SmartSheets with a client, and find it an easy way to access the information from multiple sites. Assignment of tasks is easy, and sorting and slicing/dicing of info also. What do you dislike? I like the tool and really have no dislikes about it. Easy and powerful project tool

What do you like best? Ability to see the whole project in one place while also able to assign specific tasks. What do you dislike? I'm not that familiar with it yet, but wish there was better ability to assign agile stories to developers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management. We use JIRA for agile development stories, but Smartsheet in order to see the full breadth of the project.

What do you like best? Smartsheet is a one-stop-shop for all things trafficking - for an agency, creative asset delivery and organization is huge. We create the pages and share them with our clients to fill out and upload assets so we can keep things like creative, ad copy, flight dates, URLs, etc., all in one place. What do you dislike?
