Easy organization!

What do you like best? What I like best about smartsheet is that you can create several sheets with as many details added to helping your company keep things well organized. At firs I was a little hesitant to use as I am not a fan of excel, but this is WAY better! I can set myself to get email notifications when something is updated or reminders and can add columns needed to help me know where a project stands. Great visualization, not for a basic user

What do you like best? Keeps me easily organized and autopopulates a good amount of info for me. Helps my colleagues realize how much work goes into a project. What do you dislike? I would say you need an intermediate level of excel experience to easily follow this. Better than Microsoft Excel

What do you like best? Easier to use than Excel and wayyy easier to create a project plan on than using microsoft project...thinking about gannt charts on project, or worse , trying to make them in excel, gives me the chills. I like that you can color code things and that the cells will automatically update when you update the chart. Its also really nice that you can assign people to specific tasks and ask for feedback. You will drink the Smartsheet koolaid and love it!

What do you like best? SmartSheet is like a cross between Excel, MS Project, Survey Monkey, SharePoint and Outlook. You are only limited by your imagination as to design and flexibility. The return on investment is crazy. I originally used it for one performance system project that would take 3 full days to prepare. What do you like best? I liked how easy it was to add users to the group, how you can create multiple sheets and how you can easily create charts based off your information. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love that you can use smart sheets for different purposes. You can create schedules, develop spreadsheets to track costs for projects, develop a shared working environment and allow different users to make edits or just view information.
