What do you like best about Smartsheet? Smartsheet is great for first-time users as it is easy to implement and is user friendly. . One of the best features is the ability to work cross-functionally on the same sheet, with all changes and updates saved simultaneously. Our team uses Smartsheet daily and has successfully integrated it across our large study with hopes of integrating it across our department. Customer support is readily available and easy to reach.

My favorite aspect about Smartsheet is that it really shines at managing the progress of different jobs for all stake holders to observe status, and also, milestones and critical paths. There is nothing complicated about these gantt charts. Just consider that even an office 365 user who has worked with Excel will have no trouble with them.
