How much does Smartsheet cost?

Pro is $9 per user per month billed annually, Business is $19, and Enterprise is quoted — reported at roughly $30–$50 per user per month depending on volume. There is a free tier for a single user.

Monthly billing costs about a third more: $12 for Pro and $24 for Business.

The add-ons are where the budget goes

The headline tiers are not the whole product. Pivot tables, Dynamic View and Control Center are separately priced add-ons, and they are the features enterprises usually mean when they say they need Smartsheet.

On licences alone, annual billing: 10 users cost $90/mo on Pro or $190 on Business. 50 users: $450 or $950. 200 users: $1,800 or $3,800, though at that size you are quoted Enterprise instead, reported at $30-$50 per user — roughly $6,000-$10,000 a month.

Add-ons sit on top of all of those, which is why Smartsheet quotes so often exceed the arithmetic people do beforehand.

Is Smartsheet better than Excel?

Is Smartsheet part of Office 365?
