What do you like best about Smartlook? It has many options to perform an audit of how users interact with my platform. I can create different paths and scenarios that are extremely helpful to see the end to end experience, what the entry points are and areas where I need to improve the experience because of confusion, overwhelm, etc.

"Amazing tool that shows valuable information"
What do you like best about Smartlook? I just like how easily I can see how our customer was confused by our UX and I can react and make changes to the site immediately. I don't have to pay an expensive UX designer. I recommend trying this tool is absolutely worth the investment.
