A tool that is helpful and easy to use
What do you like best? What I love most about is the fact that I was able to use it really fast and easy. You don't have to be tech-savvy to insert the code into your website. What do you dislike? I didn't use it that long.So I can't say what I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see which pages are working on my website and which ones need to be updated.

Brilliant for monitoring
What do you like best? The smartlook really helps me a loot in monitoring my website , now i can easily see what my visitor is doing in my website and i manage my website according to what my visitor need What do you dislike? They are going good but their free version has very limited space they must give extra space for free version What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not working *at all*
First of all, their website doesn't have the information needed to integrate the tracking code after creating an account. Secondly, the tracking code supplied in the email they sent also doesn't work. It links to a script that doesn't exist (404 error. Same with the one on their support page and startup guide. I won't even bother contacting them because because if the basic functionality doesn't work out of the box, I will never trust them to record any data on my website.
