I like the 'jobs' section where I can see all my submitted and processing jobs in one place, rather than me trying to find them another way. What do you like best about Smartling? The tool is easy to use and has useful features like visual context, cost estimates, string changes reports, etc. Our account manager and solution architect are very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Smartling? The dashboard (jobs page) is a bit difficult to navigate especially when there are more than 50 jobs. When the view is expanded, you click into one job and go back to the jobs page again, you'll have to click on view all jobs ...
