"Super useful tool with great support"
What do you like best about Smartling? It is easy to use and fast. The best thing though is that it connects with multiple tools and is able to provide live context to the translators so the quality of the outcome is better. We can translate different websites, using different technologies and make them share translation memory and glossaries and use different CMSes and PIMs at the same time. What do you like best about Smartling? I love the integration with WordPress and basic features just like character limit, string exclusion... What do you dislike about Smartling? I would like the TM to be more sofisticated: make comments on strings, being able to add penalties or mention when a string was not reviewed even though was saved. What do you like best about Smartling? Multiple Mars team onboarding with their own project settings and the capability to find synergies between teams and content scope to leverage the best TM. What do you dislike about Smartling? What do you like best about Smartling? Everything is so configurable and has all the bells and whistles you would ever want with translation services. Super configurable to your use case as well as flexible on the translation service. The company also is great and wants you to succeed, their customer support is amazing. What do you like best about Smartling? I like that the help center provides detailed instructions on how to use the platform. Also its leading technology and features in the industry are also a huge plus. The SA and CSM teams are also very helpful and eager to help whenever there's a need.
