This site is a scam. They are repeatedly trying to take money from me with no option to cancel or opt out. DO NOT get involved with this site in any way shape or form. There is no customer service and no one to talk to.

Love this tool and have always had…

Love this tool and have always had great responses to emails. No issues around billing (seriously people, if you give your card to a website expect to be charged!), HOWEVER, I've just been told they are pulling the MacOS app which I use a lot and thus pay for via the subscription service with no plan or timeline of if/when one will be released instead. The current mindset of the company seems to be 'tough get on with it' which is such a shame :(

Caution: smallpdf.com is a ripoff site. My parents were scammed by this website and did not use site at all. I Couldn't access detail to suspend service. No response from customer service.

no idea what people right over here bassicly complaining about forgetting to cancel a subscribtion , i mean seriously this is how every website works , the main thing is it is a great tool that it is easy to use quick and efficient,

Very good technology BUT be check bank statements

Very good technology, i only needed it for a few days and like others i forgot to cancel... fine thats on me, but immediatly after i cancelled it charged me two more times on the same day. I have asked for a refund, so will edit my review accordingly when i have a reply.Update. The refund was approved with no niggles

I accidentally forgot to cancel my membership, but they gave me back my money right after I contacted them. Great customer service!

Be careful.

charged once after free trial and didnt get the promised warning. Asked for a refund. The refund began to go through then I got charged a second time. Tried to contact support about this. No response and now I cant log into my account. Edit: I have been issued a second refund. Money still disappeared for possibly 2 weeks so be careful if you decide to use this.
