What do you like best about Smallpdf? 1 - Mobile Friendly. Very easy to use over mobile phones. 2 - Can be used to import and export in multiple formats. 3 - Can do compression of larger files in lighting fast speed that too keeping good quality. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? 1 - Limited free usage. 2 - They only have a website version right now which is okay, but I feel it should come as a plugin for adobe suite. 3 - Customer support can be better. What do you like best about Smallpdf? I have used both the premium and free versions of it. I would say it is worth investing if you often work on documentation. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? Noting, in particular, to mention here but to point out they can do some more changes in their UI. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? I am using it to convert my word file to PDF. Accordingly, this comes in very handy.

Product works for me...I got cross as I thought they'd been taking my money after I'd cancelled but turns out I'm an idiot and wasn't reading my emails properly. All sorted now. Sorry!

What do you like best about Smallpdf? I like the simple UI and the efficiency of the tool, whithin a few seconds the files will be compressed and can be downloaded. Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Claims you can use it free, then takes forever, just to never actually do anything unless you sign up. Terrible. Would never give them any money.

Charged with no notification!!

I was charged £81 for a 'Pro' subscription which I never received an email to confirm was set up. I also never got an email to confirm that my free trial was due to end and that I would be charged. I've raised a report so I am waiting for a response.I am not happy!!

It is scam

It is scam, they charge me after cancelled my free trial, I'm gonna report this to the authorities

They retain your payment info

I don’t like the fact that they store the payment info and there is no way to cancel it, also they don’t let you know that they start taking the payments after the free trial, so I don’t recommend it
