What do you like best about Smallpdf? Lots of free tools, which I really love are there in Smallpdf. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? That it could be free, instead of being paid. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? Fast editing of pdf's

Good customer service

I have used Smallpdf for adhoc file conversions and recently signed up for a free trial to experience some new features. The feature worked well, I reviewed during the trial period that based on my business needs I would not progress to a paid version of the product and customer service was great at understanding my needs.

I have been a client for 5 years

I have been a client for 5 years. They have great customer service, prompt response to my queries, and able to accomodate to my requests. Smallpdf tools are great and easy to use. Highly recommend them!

Good customer service , good product

I have overseen the 7 day trial time and got charged(it was my error because i forgot to cancel) the support has refunded the fee as goodwill. Smallpdf works very good but im at the time not in need for it. Very friendly support and very good product.

Excellent customer service, although it was my bad I didn't read the policies and all that stuff, They issued a refund immediately after emailing them.

This is really the best site I know to modify and compress my work, the interface is just next level compared to competitors. Aside from that, their support is also top-notch, they helped me get a refund for a subscription I did not want in seconds without asking questions. So, of course, I recommend this great platform and service.

I was having an issue with printing

I was having an issue with printing documents I had altered. The Technical team responded quickly with a workaround to my issue. I am quite happy with the results!

Great tool

When you are in a hurry, it lets you edit your PDF file without registering. Then it focuses on persuade you to become a customer. This is the order of how things should work, not the other way around (like on some other websites)!
