I was charged incorrectly and after reaching out and explaining the situation, it was refunded immediately. I really appreciate the understanding and quick response. I don't need SmallPDF for my current work needs, but I'll use them again if/when I do!

Michelle in customer support was GREAT
Michelle in customer support was able to help me with my issue. i was unable to get in my account because it was under an old work email and not my personal. After verifying some information she was able to switch the account to my personal email. She helped me work thru my problem and did it in a very timely matter. It's quite simple
It's quite simple, really, I had not realized that my company uses Grammarly as well. So, in essence I had no need for an account that I was paying for myself.
