Their customer service is great
Their customer service is great, and they promptly provide service. I accidentally signed up for the wrong subscription, and they immediately came back and refunded my amount as soon as I emailed, which amazed me with their awesome service.

By mistake
By mistake, I had renewed twice online and when I saw that I was charged twice, I immediately reached out to customer service. They were VERY quick to reply...and took care of my "double" renewal with a prompt refund and kind words! I'll be continuing to use Smallpdf for my business and private needs!!
