Fast response time, solved issue quickly
I wanted to cancel my subscription as I had not used it since the auto renewal. The team responded very quickly and they were able to resolve my issue by refunding me. It was a very smooth and easy process - just a couple of emails. No need to jump through hoops. I am impressed by their quick response time, helpful and friendly support team and effectiveness at resolving issues!

What do you like best about Smallpdf? Its ease of use is what I like the most about Smallpdf. Everything I need is just a click away. What do you dislike about Smallpdf? None (so far) . It does everything I wish for. What problems is Smallpdf solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me in modifying every pdf-related problems I can imagine - whether it be to compress, merge, split or convert.

By mistake, I had renewed online and when I saw that I was charged, I immediately reached out to customer service. They were VERY quick to reply...and took care of my request and proceed to a prompt refund and kind words!
