Highly recommended without any hesitation
I had downloaded and tried several other Word-PDF converters, but had to discard them for their sheer complexity and / or over-cleverness to make you a subscriber. I was about to give up when I saw a reco on Quora, and tried Smallpdf. So I was having issues canceling my subscription for a few weeks now, and I noticed that I was charged. After contacting customer support they help me through the process of figuring out the issue. Identifying the problem and came up with a solution. Even though I am no longer a customer of theirs, they still helped me with the fullest effort! I absolutely LOVE Smallpdf
I absolutely LOVE Smallpdf, a tool everyone should have. Because I am currently between work, I wanted to postpone the next payment (I pay yearly) but forgot to cancel in time. I reached out and explained my situation and Smallpdf was very understanding and supportive and canceled my new subscription. This is top customer service, as they were in their right to tell me that wasn't doable. Will sign up again as soon as I start my new job.
