Billing issue resolved to satisfaction
I had a billing related issue for which I contacted the customer support team. Within 30 mins, they responded back and resolved it to my satisfaction. I liked the prompt response and considering nature from the support team. Highly recommended using SmallPdf.

SmallPDF Account Reactivated
Michelle in the SmallPDF support group helped me log back on to reactivate my SmallPDF account. She replied immediately as soon as I contacted her. I was back up and running in no time. Smallpdf - the best forty bucks I spent for work
I use Smallpdf as a teacher, and it is such a great tool to use, the yearly subscription is well worth it with everything that you get. Customer support was prompt and helpful when I had a problem logging in due to an email mishap. Would absolutely recommend
