After the first free subscription

After the first free subscription, I was unable to cancel and was automatically charged a fee. I emailed SmallPDF to request a refund for subscription cancellation. I received a reply email right away and said they would give me a refund. Although it was my responsibility to agree to automatic payment, I was grateful that they refunded me right away, and I had greater trust in SmallPDF. Thank you very much. Thank you michelle! ...

SmallPDF is a brilliant product

SmallPDF is a brilliant product. It has a nice, intuitive user interface. But it's real attraction lies in the speed of conversion, the ability to handle multiple files at the same time, and unlock PDFs. By comparison, Acrobat's PDF conversion is prehistoric.
