Great Product & Support System
I have used this product multiple times and it has the best user friendly interface. Easy to use and solves all your purpose. This product is for the beginner, intermediate and advanced. I have used their Pro Version also and it’s worth the money. And last, I would like to thanks their support system and Michelle who are on their toes to help you at the earliest if you have an issue of any sort. Hope them the best. Rajat

The product worked well as intended.
The product worked well as intended. At first, I was disappointed when I was charged for the yearly subscription and reached out with no response. However, after I received an email about their product and replied with my concerns, I was assisted by Michelle and issued a refund. I am satisfied that a refund will be issued. Overall, I would recommend this product for both its utility and their customer service.

Like a few people here, I had signed up for the trial and then neglected to cancel before it ended. I had also - stupidly - signed up for the annual sub, and my card was charged the £81. Silly me saw a pending transaction on my credit card and thought it was an expected refund (sigh). I threw myself on the mercy of customer services and they - in particular, Michelle - were brilliant and agreed to refund the annual fee as a gesture. It's unique service for a quick creation and signing any documents without copying. I made all docs in 2 mins and I didn't need to go out and sign it. Thanks indeed.

A great company with a human kindness
I signed up for a free week trial after a quick google search and found that this tool was perfect for a few small amends I needed to make to a pdf file. Typically, I then forgot I had signed up and a week later, the annual fee was taken from my credit card… eek! I contacted the support team who were really kind and after a quick conversation over email, they were generous enough to offer me a refund of the annual fee.
