What do you like best about Slack? Slack is definitely a worthy follow up from the days of Chatter. Meaning, once integrated it gives you the best of both worlds, allowing Staff to not only converse, but I.T. to connect and document. We have it integrated also with Jira, being able to generate and annotate tickets straight from a chat, arguably one of its most powerful features.

We are able to stay in constant communication, share documents and plan around on going project better than ever before! Everything is so easy to find and you can keep your own separate notes and todo lists. Especially love the easy integration with other platforms making documents sharing better that any of the others.
