What do you like best about Slack? as for me, everything is great, What I like most is that you can integrate other apps, in my case I have linked my Google Drive and the likes I am usually using. I like the way it has channels, for team members. It is very user-friendly. I use it almost every day with my co-workers who work remotely. I haven't been into problems before so I don't have any idea how they are customer support yet, but I think they're good too like others.

The ability to reach people across my organization individually or as a team, simply makes me more efficient with my day to day work. The beauty of chat based communication is that I do not have to respond immediately and I do not have to be present physically for communication to happen.
