Great for teams and for managing bigger projects
What do you like best? The way you can create a channel for all the different topics. Also the way you can integrate already made bots or if you have the skills make your own bots specifically to your business needs. It's also great how it gives you notifications and is very smart in giving you recommendations on how to tidy your channel list up, telling you which ones you can delete as you are not using them often or for a longer period of time. What do you dislike? Didn't find anything ...

No Slackers here!
What do you like best? Easy to use, whether full team communication or individual messages. When there are threads within a convo, Slack makes it easy to continue where you left off and not miss any new messages from any team members. I have used other communication tools in the past, and Slack beats them all hands-down with their easy to use platform, and the additional easy to use phone app. What do you dislike? Sometimes the notification lags on the app on my phone - if I happen to be ...

Slack is superb
What do you like best? Slack allowed me and my team to effectively communicate as a group, to keep up to date with everything going on within our group, kept us working together seamlessly without a professional office, and had a great system of custom emojis we could use to shorten how quickly we could answer questions. Often, our colleagues would approach our higher staff, and using basic pinging infrastructure could reach all the higher ups quickly. This allowed questions to be answered ...

Communication tool
What do you like best? Slack has always been super helpful in unity teams across countries and timezones. The messaging system allows for large group chat, team "channels", and individual messages. It is a user-friendly interface that many will be able to navigate with ease. There are also a ton of useful shortcuts you can add or edit to make it even easier and simpler to use. In addition, there are multiple integrations you can add on to the platform (the free version only allows for 10 I ...

It's been a before and after Slack at work
What do you like best? The best thing about Slack is the possibility to create channels to organize information and keep certain things private with my team. I also love the possibility to check previous posts. It's simple to use, to share. I like to connect it to other tools to keep track on documents shared on Google Drive for instance. With every group I implement it, people instantly fall in love with Slack. What do you dislike? The only thing I don't like about Slack and its desktop ...

Pretty useful
What do you like best? It's helpful in keeping information private and sharing files, definitely nice to have separate channels for talking to groups or individuals. What do you dislike? Not a very intuitive interface, takes a while to get used to how chats work when you reply to something. Recommendations to others considering the product I think it's good for companies and clubs and anything where you need separate groups (i.e. a club that has officers or sub-clubs? where people might ...

Excelent Tool for Team Colaboration - Simple and Easy to Use
What do you like best? There is a free version with all essential features. This is very good for small, local or temporary teams working in a specific project. If you have a lot of members on your team or if you want some extras features, you can choose between two others plans charged per user/monthly. The channel feature is the most useful one. You can create specifics channels for your team tasks and talk just about that so you don't get lost with any conversation. The chat panel ...

Optimal performance & Beautiful design
What do you like best? How easy to use it is. It is easy to find whatever you want to do and it automatically updates. The interface is smooth and you can easily slide between the control panel which allows you to browse your different company conversations and the conversations themselves. It also allows you to interact with people individually. What do you dislike? The update in messages is delayed sometimes. Other than that, it is a bit difficult to discern at what time a message has ...

File sharing, communication have never been better.Profile section needs some upgrade.
What do you like best? We have been using Slack for almost a year now and communication has never been better. We are a global company and project team is globally connected. File sharing the most used feature that we have been using since the beginning, it is very fast and easy.In fact we have created a separate channel just for sharing files. In my second project team we have divided the whole team into micro teams and each of the micro teams has a separate channel. This has made our ...
