What do you like best? I like that you can organize your chats into conversations so information doesn't get lost. Way better than searching through email for email chains. What do you dislike? The basic functionality of Slack is great but I love that I can integrate it with the rest of my software stack so messages/alerts are posted within specific channels notifying me of events happening elsewhere.
