Love Slack open community messenger
What do you like best? can add people from other groups or organizations to a group or thread What do you dislike? nothing i dislike too much yet, I do sometimes have trouble adding some novice users to the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? communication is much easier for those who do not have a UCAAS application in their office already. It makes sharing ideas and having group conversations easy

Best in biz for a reason
What do you like best? I like the group features and the ability to easily upload and share docs What do you dislike? Call quality is often mediocre and sometimes calls just don't work period What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Call quality is not great, but team communication works well

Slack connects your company by teams, departments and individually!
What do you like best? I love that you can be apart of as many Channels as possible. Whether it's a department channel or if you create a private one just for your friends. You can even have private conversations with specific team members if you wish. What do you dislike? I dislike that even some channels that you aren't in you are able to search and see things within. Makes WFH a lot more social and manageable
What do you like best? I love the usability of the tool! It's easy to organize your chats and be able to find them again. I also love that the tool is always improving and you know they are constantly trying to give the users a better experience. What do you dislike?
