Easy to use

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is very easy to use, even if you are a total beginner. I like the option of private channels as well as custom emojis. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There is nothing problematic. It would be better to have a few more options for notification customization. Are you a current user of this product? If I want to delete my profile…

If I want to delete my profile information, why must I contact the workspace owner? Why can't Slack do it from my request directly or provide an option to do so? If you value privacy, avoid Slack.

The best communication chat platform

This is the best business communication platform on the market! I've been using Slack at work for almost one year and it's for sure the best experience I've ever had in terms of business communication. This way of communicating is way better than having to write endless emails or using other platforms that are nowhere near Slack when it comes to compatibility, number of features, etc. I also want to give kudos to the Slack support team -- they are great, positive, and very keen to help!

Another plus point is the wide range of integrations with popular business platforms. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Slack is easy to use and available on mobile phones too. It offers a great method to communicate with team members and share files. You can simply send files back and forth, and these files remain in the chat sidebar which makes it easy to access them whenever you need. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
