I like the interface because it provides us with smooth interaction on different channels. We can easily share files and I like that we can pin important notes and messages and we are even able to edit the messages as well. It has great support plugins. The highlights of Slack are the flexibility in adding graphics and icons, the archive feature, and the ability to conduct private conversations with several people. What aspects are problematic or could work better? This isn’t an issue with Slack, but since it is so easy to use that in my organization employees use it for social chats and conversations which means hundreds of messages are sometimes exchanged in an hour.
