"Simple and efficient"
What do you like best about Skyvia? Easy to use, ability to backup several services at the same place. What do you dislike about Skyvia? It would have been helpful to also backup google emails, etc... What problems is Skyvia solving and how is that benefiting you? Need to backup data in several services and access it easily.
