They need to reach out to their references, they need to enter the references and their information, they need to do the following up when the references don't respond. What do you like best? Skillsurvey is so easy to use and takes minimal time entering the candidates into their system. I like that the process is candidate driven and our process time has been cut dramatically. I also like that the surveys are built for different jobs that cover specific competencies that the candidates would be expected to perform.
