"A Great Product That Improves Quality of Hire "
What do you like best? It's easy to use and provides a detailed report that helps us learn more about our candidates. I like that it keeps an organized list of both past and present candidates so I can refer to their files as needed. It's easy to complete on a mobile phone. And it's a great time saver. Overall, it's a great product.

What do you like best? Skill Survey is easy to use for our staff, candidates, and references. I can log into the site and add a candidate quickly. I find it easy to select the best survey for the position. When I am not sure which survey I want the little pop up windows within the screen help me select easily without leaving the page.

Also, being able to re-finalize and save a report after an initial report has been generated comes in handy for a more rounded picture, or if a hiring manger is looking for additional information.
