Are you using Sketch?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Sketch is macOS and iPad only—if your team uses Windows or Linux, you'll need a separate tool or browser-based alternative for those users. The color picker has a known lag when sampling from external applications, which matters if you're matching brand palettes frequently. Before committing, verify in a demo that Sketch's component system (symbols) works for ...Read more

Minus the updates and occasional bugs, I love it.
What do you like best? If I have to throw something together quickly, I now almost always use Sketch. It's fast, it's pretty, and it's easy. Also very intuitive if you're coming from Adobe. What do you dislike? I use inDesign pretty often because I have more control over resolution, colors, and just the export specifics in general. I know Sketch is best if you're designing for screens, but more exporting options would be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Photoshop is for photos
What do you like best? I have 14 years of design experience and have used sketch for the last 3 years. I left photoshop behind for UI design and have never looked back. Sketchapp is fast even with large amounts of canvases, has easy symbol creation, it's built for modern UI design from the ground up, and has an energetic community. What do you dislike? I wish sketch had more prototyping capabilities. In order to create clickable prototypes you have to publish your project to Invision. ...

Tremendous prototyping design tool when coupled with InVision and Craft
What do you like best? It's designed for designers. Works really well for rapid prototypes and high fidelity designs. It combines key features that the Adobe suite of products covers with separate applications. When connected to InVision with the Craft plugin, it turns Sketch docs into immediate, sharable prototypes. What do you dislike? Selecting entire artboards makes selecting elements on those artboards impossible until you unselect the artboard. You get used to it, but sometimes ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: Tutorials are helpful, also keep your layers grouped and layered meticulously. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Web design for easier conversion to developers.

Easy to use and super customizable
What do you like best? Sketch is a no frills way to do mock-ups. There are many add-ons and tools available to customize the workflow and it's just all around user friendly. What do you dislike? The only thing I really dislike is that it isn't as widely used as tools such as Adobe, which means that community support isn't as big and many people have not used/know what it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to streamline ...

Who doesn't love Sketch?
What do you like best? Sketch has all the tools you need and nothing you don't. Want something you don't immediately see? Download one of the many helpful plugins. What do you dislike? It's hard to think of anything I don't like about Sketch. Usually if there is something missing, you can find a plugin to fix your issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sketch is wonderful for prototyping, making it easy and fast to put your ideas ...

The prototyping tool I've been dreaming about for twenty years
What do you like best? Sketch gets better all the time, yet remains FAST... You can immediately get in the flow, the tool extends your mind and imagination, and makes it blazingly fast and easy to express your most powerful and subtle ideas. What do you dislike? Some third party plugins occasionally stop working, without explanation or reason. This makes it hard to depend on these plugins for production work. Sketch itself is rock-solid, though. Second problem: It does not enable ...

More efficient than Photoshop
What do you like best? Separating a design between pages and artboards is nice for organization. Symbols and grids are awesome too. What do you dislike?
