Are you using Sketch?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Sketch is macOS and iPad only—if your team uses Windows or Linux, you'll need a separate tool or browser-based alternative for those users. The color picker has a known lag when sampling from external applications, which matters if you're matching brand palettes frequently. Before committing, verify in a demo that Sketch's component system (symbols) works for ...Read more

Stellar UI/UX Design Tool
What do you like best? I like that it's easy to use and has really useful positioning/gridline features. What do you dislike? I wish it had more advanced prototyping features as well as a full built-in library of plugins, components, and templates. Also, I wish it had a better presentation mode. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to easily create detailed mockups of my team's app in a short amount of time.

Sketch for Illustrators
What do you like best? What I like best about Sketch is that it gives me the ability to work with other designers in a vector based format who don’t have access to or work with the Adobe suite. Its simplified format allows to-the-point designs and an ability to translate pretty well into .svg style files. What do you dislike? The main thing I dislike in Sketch is that it’s not conducive to mass exporting items in a .svg format. I’m not sure if it is just that I don’t know how to use ...

User-friendly tool for creating detailed mockups, logos, etc.
What do you like best? Ease of creating mockups. Photoshop is unwieldy - Sketch is a great tool for creating pixel-perfect wireframes in a simple manner, as well as creating .svg images used in actual products. What do you dislike? Leaves a bit to be desired in terms of organisational capacity. Can't organise symbols, etc. Additionally, would like to be able to crop components besides photos. Also, I don't like the fractional pixel functionality - default should be to round to nearest ...

Digital vector asset separation
What do you like best? What I like best about sketch is that it allows me to work with clients on different and multiple design assets who do not necessarily have access to, understand, or are able to edit in Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe products. It allows me to work with clients who are mainly PC based or on a budget and want to get involved. I can also work better with start-ups and simplify the process for them. What do you dislike? The main thing I dislike about Sketch is the ...
