Seriously considered
What do you like best? WYSIWYG interface, ability to launch complex and simple experiments and slice and dice data different ways, reverse proxy enterprise option. What do you dislike? Highest cost we had seen, no natural integration with our web Analytics solutions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple landing page testing (content and A/B), layout testing, complex trafficking across sites.

Powerful Tool
What do you like best? Ok, so it's been a few years since I've used SiteSpect, but when I did, the team was awesome! Everyone I worked with there was diligent, smart and personable. The tool itself was extremely powerful. What do you dislike? It was extremely complex to implement. We needed developers who not only knew HTML, CSS and JS, but also regular expressions. We didn't have anyone on our team who was strong with regular expressions, so we utilized SiteSpect's team for that. ...

I think there are opportunities for them to come up with a pricing model that would work mid-sized businesses as well What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Optimizing cart/ check-out flow. Better ...

Past user of SiteSpect
What do you like best? The ability to track custom goals and conversions and the full range of analytics and results presented. The ability to test pretty much anything and everything, including multi-page and multi-variate testing. The customer support was really great and the team was always helpful. What do you dislike? It's definitely not as "WYSIWYG" as other A/B testing platforms, and to really get full use out if, you really need to know a bit of code, specifically RegEx. For ...

Simple, easy to use and integrates well with Omniture!
What do you like best? Integration within Omniture. Also, previewing and test stats are easy to read and user friendly. What do you dislike? Must know Javascript in order to use. It would be good to have a tool that works well for us less code-savvy people. Recommendations to others considering the product: Onsite setup. Less javascript and html requirements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better conversion. Have realized ...
