What do you like best? Great company to partner with. We use their server side integration and it has allowed us great flexibility. What do you dislike? Support turnaround time. If we do not pay into the extra support system, it either takes a while for dev support or we have to shell out cash. Tough spot to be in when you're in retail during this time right now. Recommendations to others considering the product: n/a What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

What do you like best? The customer service is phenomenal. Our rep is always available and extremely knowledgeable. What do you dislike? Not much really. The interface looks a bit old, but that doesn't take away from usability. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a/b testing as much as possible. We have improved conversion, and saved some development effort by testing different solutions.

Very powerful platform and nice people to work with
What do you like best? Platform is powerful and flexible so we can achieve most of what we wanted to test What do you dislike? The analysis part is a bit manual, especially when pulling multi segment results. You cannot compare segment vs segment, and cannot export multiple segments results. Have to do one by one, which is time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? AB testing to improve SIte experience and conversation. We ...

IT DOES THE JOB BUT ITS EXPENSIVE
What do you like best? Automation layout is decent but you need a dev team What do you dislike? Ease of use, its not for everyone. You need a dev team to operate. Lots of coding Recommendations to others considering the product: Go with VWO What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? While using it I realized how hard it is to operate

SiteSpect is fantastic
What do you like best? DNS connection and RegEx. Because we don't need to add JS for tests, we can bypass development sprints / queues. What do you dislike? It takes more time to learn than other testing options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're running A/B and MVT tests and improving conversion rates and revenue.

Very Useful Tool for A/B and Multivariate Testing
What do you like best? Sitespect was a very useful tool for running A/B tests and more complicated multivariate tests What do you dislike? You have to really understand regular expressions and how to write them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tool was helpful in realizing what types of subscription offers were more successful and what elements (certain colors, certain language, etc) made those offers successful.

Good testing tool
What do you like best? We like the way SiteSpect allowed us to test just about anything on our site - even dynamically generated pages, which meant we could test on a one-to-one ratio - very useful for us and what we were testing. What do you dislike? For non-technical folks, this is not the easiest tool to use. Without in-house technical staff, the learning curve here will be steep. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good tool for multivariate testing, but make ...

SiteSpect
What do you like best? Note: I haven't used sitespect in 2 years. So, I might not be up-to date. I like the part that it is not dependent on client side JavaScript injection. It is very easy to run tests once the initial hardware setup is complete. Their professional service team was very good at responding to questions and finding creative solution to complex tests. What do you dislike? I think the only downside is the time to get the initial test running. The setup took a while ...
