What do you like best? Experience editor when the templates are SUPER flexible so I don't finish a project and immediately have to spend money on IT to get more design flexibility. What do you dislike? Not much really... For me, its budgetary. I spend more than I'd prefer on getting functionality and templates built that are not out of the box functionality in Sitecore. Simple, Easy Way to Manage Content

What do you like best? I love how simple it is for me to author content on the platform. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is frustrating to my content authors with just how long the media library takes to open. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solve managing a lot of content authors on the same platform, while being able to assist with troubleshooting.

What do you like best? I like the full marketing portal and experience profile that is continuing to be built out. I also like the granularity that we are able to create goals, campaigns and taxonomies throughout the setup for more automation and leveraging greater efficiencies. What do you dislike? Sitecore for the win

What do you like best? I like how customizable and friendly Sitecore is. What do you dislike? Documentation could be a little better, some times is hard to find things or examples for more complex topics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are managing our patient engagement via Sitecore and some of the search tools that we use to provide a better experience to them.

What do you like best? I like the flexibility - I feel like I can do anything using Sitecore. What do you dislike? It can be complicated and time-consuming to implement new features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to see data on the individual user - and can personalize the experience.

Robust content management which sometimes feels heavy

What do you like best? We are able to granularly assign permissions to 480+ content authors across 14k+ pages which allows for unit-specific users to champion their content; as they know it best. We've customized workflow to allow a "central" review process to aid in the adherence to our company style guide and standards. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Connectivity to any data source, data exchange framework, customization. What do you dislike? Entry level doesn't exist. It's a steep learning curve and takes a development effort to do most things. A sitecore partner is almost a requirement What problems are you solving with the product?
