Overly complicated
What do you like best? A focus on content instead of commerce (which is what most other platforms focus on these days). The tool is robust and you can do a lot with it. What do you dislike? I find the platform to be overly complicated, and requires more technical knowledge from the business users than should be necessary. We're on 8.2 and honestly it should not even be included What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's very powerful, and very complicated
What do you like best? Sitecore can just about do anything you want it to do. There's a great deal of capabilities, APIs, and ways of linking in additional capabilities and platforms. It's powerful, can be quick, customizable, and can have personalization options. What do you dislike? You absolutely can't implement this yourself. You'll need a partner. It's also got an extremely steep learning curve - it does not look, feel, or function like any other CMS you're familiar with. ...

What do you like best? Marketing Platform and Cortex. Content Management is always my favorite What do you dislike? Learning Curve is huge. Need to invest in Personnel. Setting up Xconnect is a pain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Present the Insurance policy information to the customers digitally and the most benefit is the brand awareness
