What do you like best about SimScale? The biggest problem for me was the computational power which is solved by using Simscale. The meshing and simulation still run if you turn off your internet or computer, which is an excellent thing. The forum in Simscale is also beneficial and active. What do you dislike about SimScale? The downside is you need good internet to use Simscale. As a user, when we import geometry instead of solid, we have to select faces for forces and moments option (which ...

What do you like best about SimScale? The cloud based computing is the best aspect of Simscale in my experience. The cloud based nature lowers the bar of entry. I can work with Simscale anywhere with wifi through my laptop, which is a great advantage. Additionally, I did not need to purchase an expensive workstation or PC to start running simulations! What do you dislike about SimScale? The only downside I have encountered so far is the limited number of computing cores offered to free ...

"Excellent software, coupled with the benefits of cloud computing"

What do you like best about SimScale? Excellent support, the software features meet my needs, and the benefit of cloud computing allows me to have much freedom, since I don't need to use an expensive cluster in order to run complex CFD simulations, nor need to keep my PC busy for a week in order to run a simulation. "Always a positive experience"

What do you like best about SimScale? There are so many aspects of Simscale that I like but probably the best is the flexible access, allowing me to use the facilities when I have a simulation project and not waste money on underutilised hardware of software when I don't have a project. And of course the support is second to none. What do you dislike about SimScale? There are downsides? I found the previous meshing tool a little awkward but it is now much improved.
