Live helpline is excellent.

What do you like best? The live help has been invaluable in helping me set up my booking system. Messages usually get answered in less than a minute and the person helping is usually very helpful and able to resolve the problem. What do you dislike? Main motivation to switch over from Calendly was that each subscription includes an unlimited number of users, which allows us to scale our team without incurring additional costs. What do you like best? The customization options - I can have any look I want which is important. Adding my logo, being able to customize packages, etc..
