Intuitive, easy to use tool.

What do you like best? Very easy to set up and the customisation options are useful too. We were up and running within 20 minutes of setup and bookings being made after that. Users have found it easy to use too, which is important. What do you dislike? I've not found anything that I dislike, or gives me any cause for concern. Begginer happy user ;)

What do you like best? I've just started a few days ago with simplybook.me and is't really easy to use!! What do you dislike? You have to edit CSS archives to change colours for your web page. It will be easier to change colours from a simple webpicker palette :( What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've started a new service consisting in a showroom and we have problems with high occupation. So we need to manage customers bookings!

Appalling range of functionality for a well over priced software!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am not saying it does not have some great Pros about this software but unfortunately they are far outweighed by the negatives. This is compounded by the fact that most of the useful functions are only contained with the extra Paid for add ons. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? They are always available even with a free subscription. They offer affordable options for new businesses starting out. Very good customer service. Lots of decent features however the Facebook integration didn't work even though simply book said it was successful. I paid in full for the year and it wasn't long before it was asking me for more money. I also didn't like the fact I was trusting them with my clients data which can be shared with other companies. I really couldn't be bothered to argue about it so after a month of usage I asked if I could pay them for what I owed them and have the rest of the money back. Obviously this was a ...
