I am extremely unhappy with SimplyBook
I am extremely unhappy with SimplyBook. I did a trial initially and everything looked great. The website layout, everything. But I need to add on custom features to actually get the functionality that I wanted. After the Trial period I purchased the lowest package but within an hour realised that I needed more custom features, so I purchased the bigger package on the same day.There is no phone support. Probably one of the best booking systems!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Endless selection of custom features, booking widget to integrate with your own or existing website. If you don't have a website for your company yet you can create one with Simplybook.me and it's very simple to setup. Very user friendly, you can learn your way around the site and it's tools very quickly. Best of all you can accept online payments which is a create for securing that booking. One hour get started taking bookings, and receive money ahead of time, it's a no-brainer for me.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SimplyBook.me is easy to use out of the box, by using the FAQ and live help, you can figure most everything out in a flash. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It integrates payment and scheduling, this is a total weight off my mind... amazing! Well Thought-out Features
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The ability to create group bookings, issue rewards for customers who refer your service or class, and how east it is to embed the calendar to a self-hosted website. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Client login seems to be compulsory, or new customers won't be able to register for a class. I don't think this is necessary (especially for my class, which is generally booked once off). I also think this could be ...

There is no customer service on the…
There is no customer service on the phone, all is done online through chat. Staff are incredibly unhelpful, do not provide relevant answer very automated cut and paste responses, issues left unresolved. I will be changing to an alternative service due to this.
