An excellent product with great features at a great price

I decided to use simplybook for my health practice and it has been fantastic. It was easy to setup but more importantly it was so customisable I could configure it to do exactly what I wanted. My clients now book online, get their text reminders and and integration with my google calendar means I know my work for the day no matter where I am. I'm delighted with the product and happy to recommend it. - It's great value too!!!

I've used the Simplybook.me for 2 years now. For my business, the system works great. I use it to make my class schedule (voice studio for the students with recurring plan and students with a 10-lesson membership can plan their lessons in the blank spots of the schedule. Only one (older student has difficulty with using the system, but I haven't heard about any difficulties from other students. The system relies on custom features to make it the way you want. Good idea poorly delivered

The basic features are good, and for most businesses requiring a membership & bookings platform it does what it should. However it is a more expensive option once you realise you need more than the basic features, and the level of support is very poor compare to other hosted platforms. The themes available are poorly designed, with limited customisation, and are buggy. The customer service is the worst aspect, as it is purely chat based, and there is no job ticket number for you to track ...

Value for money!

Value for money!Simplybook.me is one of the most complete scheduling app while keeping the price quite affordable. The only thing that should be improved is the UI can get a bit of modern touch here and there.

Great booking site! Very efficient!

Very easy to use

We are using this system to automate football pitch bookings. The system is very easy to set up and maintain as an administrator. The choice of themes are good and allowed us to create a personalised webpage that is simple and easy for our coaches. The dashboard is good for us to track the bookings and the info the coaches receive relating to their bookings is also good.

Doesn’t Get Much Better

Honestly, the most in-depth and thorough booking system I’ve tried and stuck with. The in take forms are huge and the mobile version looks elegant. I wish they had a mobile app cause that would really be a game changer! Other than that I highly recommend simply book , especially if there’s important questions and things toknow of prior to an appointment being made

Finally a professional Booking System

What I liked the most is that in just a few minutes I already had an up and running booking website.
