Expandable and helpful booking application! Also safe!

I just started a small counselling/consulting service company, time and human resource is limited. SimplyBook.me feels like a good application that can help to streamline the booking admin work and let us focus on providing good quality service.I like it so far. The functions are well-considered. The only downside for me is that I am not an IT professional and am rusty on marketing application, so it takes time for me to configure and customize. We were massively let down by another app resulting in a massive amount of research in a short time to find the best one for our needs - SimplyBook.me gave us all the functions we wanted and has a great look for our client. Very easy to set up and customize, I was able to receive bookings for my business in less than one hour. The range of pricing and extra feature is great. Very smooth experience, I would recommend it to anyone.

Simply Book is really easy and literally simple to use. I set up the entire booking site from my iPhone. It makes it easy for clients to book and easy to receive their confirmation. You also receive a notification within seconds of them booking. The customer service team are great too and sorted issues I had really quickly. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This is definitely a very solid solution. I have checked some booking solutions and choose SimplyBook.me because it fits best my requirements. I liked it to have the full range of functions during the free test phase. So could explore what I need and pay just for things I really use. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Flexibility is everything! Therefore I missed the option to customize the text in the calendar ...

Great booking calendar!

After doing a lot of research on the booking calendar I wanted to implement on my website, the one from simplybook.me was the best option. It comes with many features and so far it performed well. I also got quick and effective answers whenever I asked questions. The help center members are really doing their job. After the trial version, I got a subscription and I cannot wait to continue using it for maximizing the results on my platform.
