The web UI and phone app is easy to use and very responsive
The web UI and phone app is great and easy to use. The cloud server is very responsive even for overseas.. I do have some questions during installation and their supports is helpful thru chats session and emails on weekends but the do respond and very knowledgeable. I customized it to work for my salon with different technicians with difference sizes skill set. I tried several different company apps and they not do all the functionality and rule sets my business need. But this cloud app ...

SimplyBook.me is really excellent.
Started using simply book.me to book our Club cricket nets during the Covid pandemic. Really simple use to use and brilliant interface. Very helpful help line who explained things very patiently to a semi-computer literate admininistrator! Users report it as very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Simplybookme has by far one of the greatest customer service I have experienced thus far. Even if the staff is not able to help they will go above and beyond to help. I had trouble using the LINE app which is commonly used in the Asia region. I was contacted by another specialist named Fan and was guided through every process to ensure I had no issues.
