What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I love the simplicity of the app and easy access to the contacts. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Not being able to track progress of the customers and being able to implement more info and transfer to other databases. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have communication to our guests. I am able to schedule our messages.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ability to create multiple lists of contacts and target those contacts with different A/B messages. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The app needs some work. It's brand new but glitchy. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Reaching people who no longer read or respond to emails. Out click through rate and response rate has quadrupled.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ease of use, quickness of texts, price. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? There are occasional glitches. I also would like to turn off some keywords so that my phone doesn't receive notifications from every single keyword. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? We can quickly contact members of groups and studies separately but accurately.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The customer service with SimpleTexting is really good. Via chat, in person, or on the phone, they talked us through even the simplest questions.
