What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Simple Texting has been a great tool for me to keep in touch with members of my club. Hands down better than all group text formats and apps that I have used. It is easy and intuitive. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I think the one thing I am not too happy with is the limit of characters that I can use in 1 text. Although that has been fixed by consuming more credits to send the text. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Great API integration with our custom applications. Just works all the time never have to worry about it. Easy to use mobile app and account management web site! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Nothing, I have never had a problem with simple texting What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Texting to customers and employees for time sensitive reminders

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Extremely easy to upload contact lists and set up campaigns! Also really like that it tells us which numbers are invalid so that we know to obtain updated contact info for those clients. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I wish there was a batch email option just like we can send batch texts! What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to reach out to all customers at once and with specific campaigns.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The ability to schedule messages and respond back to people who send us messages. The ability to send messages to our Canadian Members as well as our members in the United States. We have to have a separate account for them but they can link and use the same codes. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? We use this to stay in touch with all of our youth group kids and their parents. With one message we can contact everyone. It saves us hours of making phone calls daily and leaving voice messages and have to play phone tag back and forth.
