What do you like best about SimpleTexting? That I can send bulk messages and receive individual messages at the same number. I don't have to give out different numbers to my clients. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The app can be a little buggy sometimes, which is annoying but it doesn't cause a lot of issues, What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? I can communicate more effectively to my client base.

They're constantly upgrading and tweaking to maintain compliance and make sure every message is delivered. I really have no issues or dislikes so far with Simple Texting. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Patients don't answer the phone when you call, yet they respond well to the texting.

Once I signed up with SimpleTexting it took me all of 5 minutes to send out my first mass text. They make it super easy to use! I use it every week to send out mass texts to our agents.
