"Professional and great customer service"
What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I love how the system can gather in information about our clients, volunteers, and donors. There's no limit to keywords, and the functions are so fun. We are going to send an automatic birthday message link to a video to our volunteers on their birthday versus having to send cards. We are able to send autoresponders to our volunteers for reminders. "Simple - it’s in the name!"
What do you like best about SimpleTexting? The support. The SimpleTexting support team is amazing! It’s not, mechanical - it’s human. I was not sold..I WAS CONVINCED
I was reviewing your features and had questions. I was contacted by CSR Teddy G. He not only answered my all my question, he was patient, courteous at all times, diligent and knowlegeable. There is nothing that I dislike about the platform Recommendations to others considering SimpleTexting: Simple Texting is easy to use and customer service has been very helpful. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? The reasonable cost of using Simple Texting allows me to send out MMS text as opposed to SMS text.
