"Professional and great customer service"

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I love how the system can gather in information about our clients, volunteers, and donors. There's no limit to keywords, and the functions are so fun. We are going to send an automatic birthday message link to a video to our volunteers on their birthday versus having to send cards. We are able to send autoresponders to our volunteers for reminders.
