What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Simple Texting allows us to keep an easy and efficient communication channel open with our team of 50 employees. We can send out important updates to them instantly and it doesnt get missed like an email would. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? The only downside is the limit on characters per message that you can send but I don't think that is something that they can control. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? It is so easy to use! I also like the campaigns feature and, the ease of importing contacts. I am able to contact multiple people with ease and, it separates each conversation so, I can still keep track of who I am talking to! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Overall, my experience has been positive. I will say I regualrly run into issues where the app won't let me access new messages when an icon appears. It won't display or allow me to ...

Plus, my standard is that service is essential & they have it. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Not all is as intuitive as I would like but there support jumped on every questions. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? We are reaching out to new people at several small churches. The contacts have been awesome!

Reiel was very quick to respond, and though I wasn't the most patient through the process of onboarding from a previous service in a hurry due to the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale, my needs were met at light speed! I was up and running within about an hour. The transition was simple & fast, the application process for increasing sending limit was simple & fast, they saved my bum for my BFCM marketing campaign. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I just had the best customer service experience with Eri! She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me out. She patiently walked me through every issue I had and even took the time to format our spreadsheet so it was super easy to upload. And get this - she even refunded credits for campaigns that bounced!
