The character count is a bit low before it uses 2 credits, and sometimes 3 to send just one text. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Easy to use to text employees and clients and love the ability to set an away message. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Occasionally have trouble finding the report to see what didn't go through. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility for all staff members to access and view texts sent makes it easy for everyone to stay in the loop.
