SimplePractice has been perfect for me…
SimplePractice has been perfect for me opening a new practice. It is easy to use for everything: scheduling, billing, and documentation. I enjoy the client portal best, where I can send documentation in a secure way. Lastly, the telehealth capabilities have truly saved me during this pandemic!

Simple Practice is Great!
Simple practice is super intuitive and easy to use. I really like the ease of being able to send all your client's paperwork to sign electronically with teens being able to get their own login to keep information confidential. It really helps me keep everything organized and quick so I can spend more time on my client's versus paperwork. The phone call during my free trial from simple practice was also super helpful. Simple to use with robust features...
Simple practice is just that simple to use with robust features. It not only helps me efficiently run my private practice, my clients also appreciate the level of professionalism that it provides in regards to easy access to billing statements, appointment reminders and scheduling.

"SimplePractice is a dishonest and sneaky company"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? clean interface, easy to submit claims, strong and informed user base What do you dislike about SimplePractice? no phone support so when you need support you have to send an email and wait 24 hours for a reply, the email often asks for more information, this requires more waiting, you may get a response and for some reason its often not a direct response to your original question. the support process can take days. you cannot call in with a quick ...

I’ve been with Simple Practice since our beginnings!
I’ve been with Simple Practice since I launched my practice in 2014. I remember trying to figure out which platform would be right for me, so I called and Howard (founder) answered. Disappointing-Some good features but the company does not take responsibility...
My biggest issue with Simple practice is that they never take responsibility for any glitches in their system, no system errors, etc. To them, it is a perfect system as if it was not created by humans who are capable of human error. Issues with client billing, adding staff, charging clients credits, staff changing billing codes but the next day the codes have reverted back etc. My staff send me a screen shot of the code being changed because this affected their pay. "Love this software"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? Super easy to use system. I am able to schedule clients easily, adjust billing amounts, send clients documents, request signatures, and I love using the autopay system. *Update: I've been using for six months now, and have yet to have any issues! I've been disappointed, teletherapy not working
I've been disappointed. Started using SP and their teletherapy feature. Right away clients were complaining because the generated emails did not contain the link to the teletherapy session. I had to manually resend the links. In the second week, the feature stopped working twice during sessions and I lost two hours of income and had frustrated clients. SP offered a "band-aid" to try and appease me. Seems like they jumped the gun on their teletherapy feature before having all the kinks ...
