Ease of use, terrific customer service

I've been trying to digitize my practice for years, seriously. Simple Practice finally made it possible. After the initial setup time, my note taking and billing are more efficient than ever, and my notes are much better because I can edit them as I go. Great for the solo practitioner!

I tried a few other EHR systems and found this one light years easier to learn to navigate. About on par with other systems price-wise but easier to use. Nice that signing up for insurance filing, ERA, and credit card use is so integrated all it takes is one click. Wonderfully and personally responsive to questions. Love also the app that allows me to easily see my schedule and add new appointments on my phone when I not in the office.

Good progam

I am re-establishing my therapy practice after a ten year hiatus. Since I last worked in the field the demands for electronic medical records, HIPPA requirements and billing have changed significantly. I looked at several different programs to help my growing practice become mor efficient and I am happy how simple practice meets my needs. The programs tools are well though out and easy to use. Would sign up again

I am in private practice and made a commitment to myself that 2015 would be the year I would move to electronic record keeping. Although there is a fair amount of work getting a switch done for a full time practice, I am VERY pleased with SP. It is a very intuitive program and the customer service is personal and quick. They are open to suggestions and I am finding that making the switch is saving me time (the most precious thing I have). So: very content customer.

After being with a previous online EHR system, which cost much more, I was looking for something with better functionality for myself and my practice.
